Labor Day Picnic Tour

MARION COUNTY, OR | SEPTEMBER 2019

The Columbia River Region club was invited by our “sister” club, the Willamette Valley Region to join them in their annual Labor Day picnic at the Neil and Kathy Beutler’s farm east of Salem, Oregon. The Willamette Valley club has invited us for a number of years to join them in the beautiful farmland at the Beutler’s filbert farm. The tour started with a meetup in Wilsonville and a tour through the country roads of Marion County. A highlight for two young boys was to ride in the rumble seat of a Chevy. Cindi Wolfe’s two grandsons, Sawyer and River got to ride in the rumble seat of Neil Beutler’s 1932 Deluxe Special roadster. Now that will be an experience to remember by two potential future VCCA members! The BBQ at the farm was great for another fun year for our annual event.
