Meet at the Columbia Gorge Outlet Mall @ 10am!

It’s here again! The Apple Tour for CRR to the beautiful Hood River area and the home of our gracious and generous friends, the Ings. This will be the third time we’ve traveled east for a pleasant and rewarding day in view of the scenic Hood River Valley and the picturesque Mt. Hood. The drive up is an added treat on a lovely fall day. 

The tour will be filled with apple gathering (straight from the trees, or from boxes of apples they’ve already picked for us). There are several varieties to choose from, so try them all! You’ll come home with some delicious sweet and juicy apples for eating fresh, baking, or making applesauce. 

We’ll again be treated to one of the tastiest lunches you can have….all made fresh by our hostess Melissa with the help of some friends and family. Good home-cooking that can’t be beat. And then there is his collection of cars and trucks for our enjoyment
