MEET-UP for Part I: 1:00pm at the OMSI (1945 SE Water Ave.)

The first part of the Two-Parter Tour will be a guided tour of the Submarine at OMSI. WARNING: There is a steep ramp getting to and from the submarine and within the submarine are steep stairs to climb and descend as well as small (20x38 ) bulkhead openings to step through. If you feel you cannot maneuver these, then you may skip Part One of the tour and meet the group for the second part. For the submarine tour, we will be released in groups of 15 from the waiting area located inside the building. When not on the tour, you may visit in the OMSI building and gift shop. Everyone is on their own to get to Part II Meet up area. 

MEET-UP for Part II: 2:45pm at Lowe’s Parking Lot (1160 N. Hayden Meadows Dr.)

We will be leaving Lowe’s promptly at 3:00 p.m. The drive will cover 55 miles. Be sure to use an available restroom prior to departure. There are NO potty stops on the driving tour. The final destination will be back at Hayden Meadows where we’ll enjoy a delicious dinner at Elmer’s. 

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS TUESDAY, APRIL 4, AT THE MONTHLY MEETING as OMSI submarine tickets must be bought ahead for the group rate.
